About Me
I work as a UX and Industrial Designer, currently working contract across startups. I help teams shape ideas into real things people can actually use. I’m passionate about designing for health care and products that empower people. You’ll also find me mentoring at MIT BeaverWorks and volunteering as Communications Chair for Women in Design NYC.
I love learning new things! (that means sometimes failing too) I really like Notion’s approachable design — I feel illustrations play a big role in that. So here’s me, trying to learn how to make an illustration on Procreate of myself and my dog, Gusto to make me look approachable!
Outside work, I’m either cycling, wandering around taking random photos of people and things, hiking in the mountains, learning music production (slowly), reading psychology or spiritual books, or learning some random new skill. I’ve lived in 8 cities across 3 countries in the past few years — I guess I like to think all of them as home now. I love people (for the most part) and learning from them about their passion and interests!

- Lead UX Designer for a construction tech platform to connect and empower skilled trades professionals and find jobs.
- Developing a design system to ensure project consistency. Integrating emerging technologies and tech trends to enhance the user experience of the app.
- Facilitating sprint planning and collaborating cross-functionally to implement new solutions and drive growth in a fast paced environment.
BoomNation - Lead Product Designer - Remote contract

- Sole/Founding Product Designer, led the end-to-end design and development of ICE, an AI-driven app using voice cloning to help users meet new people.
- Worked in a small team of 4 to build an MVP version, testing with Columbia University students and on the App Store.
- Led product strategy, roadmap, planning, testing and research.

Jaipur Foot - Research Intern

- Conducted user research with over 100 patients to discover pain points in prosthetic delivery and usage during the pandemic.
- Documented the process of making prosthetics, highlighting its impact on users' lives and informing design improvements for the organization.
